4-vane RFQ copper cavity, total length 5429.66 mm, rectangular cross-section 340 mm wide by 340 mm high, wall thickness 20 mm. Four internal electrodes in cross pattern: two horizontal vanes and two vertical vanes. Each vane tip radius 4.21 mm, bevel angles 10 degrees, root corner radius 30 mm. Vane profile along longitudinal direction: at z=0 the vane surface is 192.9 mm from outer wall, rises smoothly to 204.4 mm at z=2500 mm, then gradually decreases to 203.9 mm at z=5429.66 mm. Each vane contains a full-length cylindrical cooling channel, diameter 12 mm. Both ends have 40 mm thick end plates with central beam aperture diameter 20 mm. Export as STEP.
