The prompt
Create ONLY the wheel assembly. Do not create the Tri-Star mechanism, arms, central hub, springs, gears, or suspension. WHEEL DESIGN: Create a hollow circular segmented wheel with an overall outer diameter of 180 mm. Main dimensions: - Outer diameter: 180 mm - Inner diameter: 140 mm - Radial wall width: 20 mm - Wheel thickness: 12 mm - Divide the complete wheel into EXACTLY 3 identical curved segments. - Each segment covers 120° of the circular wheel. - All 3 segments must be identical and perfectly symmetric. SEGMENT GEOMETRY: Each of the 3 segments is a separate curved wheel piece. The outer surface follows the 180 mm diameter circular profile. The inner surface follows the 140 mm diameter profile, creating a hollow center. Keep the outer tread smooth and continuous when the three segments are assembled. Give the outer edges a small rounded/chamfered edge so the wheel is suitable for 3D printing. INNER RECESSED CHANNEL: Add a shallow recessed/hollow channel along the inner portion of each curved segment, similar to the reference image. The channel should follow the curvature of the segment. Keep the channel simple, symmetrical and manufacturable. Do not make it excessively deep or complicated. SEGMENT ENDS: At both ends of every 120° segment, provide a clean mechanical joining face. Add small mounting/fastener holes near the segment ends, positioned symmetrically. The holes should be simple circular through-holes suitable for bolts or screws. Keep the holes away from the outer edge so sufficient material remains around them. OUTER PROFILE: The outer circumference should be smooth and rounded. Do not make the wheel a flat thin ring. Give the segment a solid structural cross-section with a slightly rounded outer tread. Maintain the same wheel thickness throughout. IMPORTANT ASSEMBLY REQUIREMENT: The 3 segments must form ONE complete 180 mm diameter wheel when placed together. The three segment boundaries must be clearly visible. Each segment must remain a separate solid body/component. CAD REQUIREMENTS: - Symmetric geometry - Clean solid bodies - No unnecessary decorative details - Easy to manufacture with FDM 3D printing - Avoid extremely thin walls - Avoid complex curved mechanisms - Keep dimensions in millimetres - Preserve exact circular alignment between all 3 segments DO NOT CREATE: - Tri-Star mechanism - Central hub - Arms/spokes - Springs - Suspension - Gears - Motor - Axle - Additional wheels FINAL OUTPUT: Only the detailed 3-piece segmented wheel, with 3 identical 120° curved wheel sections assembled into a complete circular wheel.
