Create a single manifold dual-vent housing for Mercedes W203 centre air vent (OEM A2038300354 style). Overall outer dimensions: width 264 mm, height 58 mm, depth 115 mm. Wall thickness 2.5 mm. Front bezel thickness 1.5 mm with 2 mm forward extension. Continuous upper bezel brow with shallow R850 mm convex curvature across the full width. Soft 1 mm fillets on all outer bezel edges. Subtle 1.5 mm deep × 4 mm wide longitudinal retention grooves on both outer side walls. Central 4 mm thick vertical partition separating left and right cavities. Three precise vertical roller slots (each 6.5 mm wide × 40 mm high) located on the front face: one near left outer edge, one centred, one near right outer edge. Rear sealing collar + 3 mm lip extending 5 mm rearward. Left and right internal cavities sized to accept the louver cartridges with press-fit clearance. All geometry must remain a single manifold solid optimised for FDM printing flat on the rear face.
