Create a parametric CAD assembly for Prototype 2B, a six-source precision liquid dispenser. Core architecture: 6 fixed removable 15 mL liquid pods arranged in a semicircle each pod has one short dedicated 3 mm ID × 5 mm OD tube all 6 tubes connect to one central 6-port rotary selector valve selector valve is driven by Stepper Motor 1 (NEMA 17) selector chooses only one pod at a time selector common outlet connects to ONE precision syringe pump syringe pump uses a fixed 5 mL syringe syringe barrel stays fixed syringe plunger is moved by a carriage on two guide rods Stepper Motor 2 (NEMA 17) rotates a T8 lead screw that moves the carriage forward/backward retracting plunger aspirates liquid; advancing plunger dispenses liquid syringe output uses one short tube to one fixed downward nozzle nozzle dispenses into one fixed 15 mL receiving bottle receiving bottle sits on a 1 kg load-cell platform include an ESP32 electronics enclosure, 2 stepper drivers, HX711, power distribution, and 12V-to-5V converter Base approximately 360 × 280 × 12 mm. Pods should look like user-friendly rigid cartridges, but leave room internally for a future collapsible liquid pouch. Keep tubing very short. No long loops. Add a Hall-sensor/home-magnet provision for the rotary selector and limit-switch provisions for the syringe carriage. Add a simple service flush port on the shared selector/syringe path. Create all major parts separately and editable: pods, holders, six tubes, selector housing/rotor/shaft, selector stepper, syringe/barrel/plunger/carriage, lead screw, guide rods, syringe stepper, nozzle, bottle platform, load cell, electronics enclosure. Critical: there are only 2 stepper motors total and only 1 syringe pump. Do NOT create: six syringe pumps six peristaltic pumps rotating nozzle turret moving bottle exposed medical bags flow sensors touchscreen complicated cleaning system Fluid path must clearly be: 6 pods → 6-port selector → 1 syringe pump → 1 nozzle → receiving bottle on load cell. Prioritize mechanical realism, short fluid paths, accurate syringe motion, serviceability, and 3D-printable prototype parts.
