The prompt
RFQ accelerator cavity, 4-vane structure, total length 5429.66 mm. Rectangular copper housing, outer width 340 mm, outer height 340 mm, wall thickness 20 mm. Four electrodes arranged in a cross pattern inside the cavity: two horizontal vanes and two vertical vanes. Each vane has tip radius 4.21 mm, bevel angles 10 degrees, root corner radius 30 mm. Each vane has an internal cooling channel, diameter 12 mm, running along the full length. End plates on both ends, thickness 40 mm. Beam aperture at the center of both end plates, diameter 20 mm.
