Create a production-ready CAD model of a modular adjustable plastic divider system made from only three custom parts: 1. Divider wall panel 2. Universal 4-way connector 3. Thumb screw The divider panels are vertical walls (not trays or bins) with smooth interior surfaces, reinforcing ribs, rounded edges, slide rails, and locking grooves. Design them for injection molding using ABS with 2.5–3 mm wall thickness and 2° draft. The universal connector must accept four panels, include guide rails, alignment stops, an internal clamping mechanism operated by the thumb screw, and eliminate movement when tightened. Use one connector design throughout the entire product. Generate a complete 3×3 assembly, exploded assembly, connector cutaway, dimensioned engineering drawings, Bill of Materials, STEP, STL, and manufacturing-ready CAD optimized for injection molding. Perform interference and fit checks to verify every panel slides, locks securely, and can be repeatedly assembled and disassembled without damage. The final CAD must match the uploaded concept images as closely as possible and be suitable for prototyping and manufacturing.
