A cylindrical jet pump stator housing. Body: a hollow cylinder, inner bore 155.5 mm, wall thickness 8 mm, overall length 150 mm, axis horizontal. Front flange: at the inlet end, a flange 210 mm outer diameter, 10 mm thick, with six 9 mm diameter through holes evenly spaced on a 190 mm bolt circle. Rear flange: at the outlet end, a flange 190 mm outer diameter, 8 mm thick, with four 9 mm diameter through holes evenly spaced on a 170 mm bolt circle. Center hub: a coaxial cylinder 60 mm outer diameter, 90 mm long, starting 30 mm from the inlet end, with a 40 mm diameter bore through its full length. Vanes: eight identical straightening vanes connecting the hub outer surface to the housing inner bore. Each vane is 5 mm thick, spans the full 90 mm hub length, and twists 25 degrees about the housing axis from its leading edge to its trailing edge, all in the same rotational direction. Tail cone: a cone on the rear face of the hub, tapering from 60 mm diameter to 20 mm diameter over a length of 70 mm. Finish: fillet all vane-to-hub and vane-to-bore junctions with a 4 mm radius. Chamfer both flange outer edges 1.5 mm.
