Cartridge Rack with Arched Tunnels

Step 1: The Main Block and Front Lip "Create a solid rectangular block that is 90 mm long (X-axis), 72 mm wide (Y-axis), and 63 mm high (Z-axis). To act as a lifting grip and a surface for text, add a flat shelf extending out from the top of the front face only. This shelf should be 90 mm long (matching the block), 15 mm deep (extending in the negative Y direction from Y=0 to Y=-15), and 5 mm thick (from Z=58 to Z=63)." Step 2: The 20-Cartridge Grid "Cut a 5x4 grid of cylindrical holes into the top of the main block. The holes must have a diameter of 11.3 mm and a depth of 61 mm (stopping 2 mm from the bottom). Center the grid inside the block so the holes are spaced exactly 18 mm apart from center-to-center along both the X and Y axes." Step 3: The Alternating Notch Slots "For the 20 holes we just made, cut a 4.5 mm wide straight vertical slot extending outward from the cylinder wall. For the first and third rows of holes, cut the slot extending towards the front (negative Y direction). For the second and fourth rows, cut the slot extending towards the back (positive Y direction). Every slot should run the entire 61 mm depth of the cavity." Step 4: The X-Axis Arched Tunnels "To drastically reduce print time and make the rack skeletal, cut 3 large tunnels completely through the block along the X-axis (from X=0 to X=90). Position these tunnels exactly between the rows of cartridges (centered at Y=18, Y=36, and Y=54). Each tunnel should be 10 mm wide (Y-axis) and 43 mm tall (starting at Z=10 and going up to Z=53). Make the top of each tunnel a perfect semi-circular arch (apply a 5 mm fillet to the top edges) so they print beautifully without supports." Step 5: The Y-Axis Arched Tunnels "Finally, cut 4 large tunnels completely through the block along the Y-axis (from Y=0 to Y=72). Position these exactly between the columns of cartridges. Each tunnel should be 10 mm wide (X-axis) and 43 mm tall (starting at Z=10 up to Z=53). Make the top of each tunnel a perfect semi-circular arch (apply a 5 mm fillet to the top edges) to avoid printing overhangs."
