The prompt

Modify only the retaining features on the underside of the blanking plate. Leave all other dimensions and geometry unchanged. Create two identical snap-fit cantilever tabs, one centred on each of the two 160 mm-long sides of the locating collar. For each tab: - Cut a vertical slot on each side of the tab so that the tab is separated from the surrounding collar wall. - Make the tab 20 mm wide. - Make the flexible section extend 12 mm downward from the underside of the top plate. - Make the tab approximately 1.5 mm thick. - Attach the tab only at its upper end, directly beneath the top plate. - Leave the lower end free so it can flex inward toward the centre of the opening. - At the free lower end, add a small outward-facing retaining hook. - Make the hook project 1.5 mm outward beyond the locating collar. - Give the hook a sloped lower face so it is pushed inward when the plate is inserted from above. - Give the upper face of the hook a flat horizontal ledge so it catches beneath the cabinet sheet metal after insertion. - Position the flat retaining ledge approximately 1.5 mm below the underside of the top flange. The two tabs must flex inward when the plate is pushed into the opening, then spring outward so their hooks catch underneath the sheet-metal panel. The tabs will be squeezed inward manually from inside the cabinet when the plate needs to be removed. Do not create tabs projecting horizontally from the plate. Do not create separate parts. The tabs must be flexible sections cut into the vertical walls of the locating collar.
